Job Description:
As an Account Manager at Fenchem USA, you will be responsible to identify and develop market opportunities to capture sales and anticipate the needs of the market and our customers. Your main job duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business
  • Researching prospective customers to determine their potential
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinating sales efforts among support team, sales managers, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
  • Analyzing the market’s potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
  • Maintaining knowledge of product applications, technical services, market conditions, and trends.
  • 35% to 40% business travels in North America
  • Performing other sales/market-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
  • Self-motivated with highly effective communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and follow up skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
